These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SkaiVR, an AI-first SaaS product being developed around a visual AI Canvas experience.

By accessing the SkaiVR website or product preview, users agree to these terms.

1. Product Status

SkaiVR is currently available as an MVP / early-access product preview. Features may change, improve, be removed, or become temporarily unavailable as the product evolves.

2. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use SkaiVR to:

  • Violate laws or regulations.
  • Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  • Abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
  • Generate malware, phishing, fraud, impersonation, or harmful automation.
  • Submit content they do not have the right to use.

3. AI Output Disclaimer

SkaiVR may generate AI-assisted outputs. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain decisions. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.

SkaiVR does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

4. User Content

Users are responsible for prompts, files, data, and other content they submit. Users confirm they have the necessary rights to use and process submitted content through SkaiVR.

5. Intellectual Property

SkaiVR, its branding, interface, design, product concepts, and platform components belong to SkaiVR and its owners/operators.

Users retain rights to their own submitted content, subject to the rights needed for SkaiVR to process and provide the service.

6. Product Access

Access to SkaiVR may be limited to approved preview users. We may suspend or restrict access if misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms is detected.

7. Third-Party Services

SkaiVR may rely on cloud infrastructure, AI models, analytics, authentication, storage, or other third-party services. Their respective terms may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

SkaiVR is provided on an early-access basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkaiVR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the website or product.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of SkaiVR means users accept the updated terms.
